How many charms fit on my bracelet?
You can fit up to 10-15 charms on your bracelet. It depends on your personal preferences and the size you adjust on the necklace.
How many charms fit on my key chain?
You can fit up to 60 charms on your key chain.
How many charms fit on my necklace?
You can fit up to 20-25 charms on your necklace. It depends on your personal preferences and the size you adjust on the necklace.
Can I add new charms to my bracelet, necklace or key chain afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. If you travel to a new country and order a new charm, you will be able to add this charm to your bracelet, key chain or necklace afterwards.
Can I clean my charms?
Yes, you can clean your charms. They are all made of stainless steel. The best way is to use a glasses cloth or a microfiber cloth to clean them.

How can I track my shipment?
We send out a tracking number for each shipment automatically. So you can always check when your parcel will arrive. If you still have questions, don't hesitate to contact us (here).
Order Fulfillment:
How long does it take to get my order shipped?
If you place your order before 2pm, your parcel will leave our warehouse the same day.
How will you wrap my parcel?
You will receive your products in our exclusive traveller charms box and velvet including our certificate of authenticity. The traveller charms box will be protected by an outerpacking.
I did not receive an order confirmation?
Please check your junk mail first. Another reason can be that you may have typed in a wrong e-mail address accidentally during checkout. If you still have not received an order confirmation after one hour, please contact us (here)

How do I redeem my discount code?
You can type in your discount code during checkout process.
Can I combine my discount code with other codes and vouchers?
No, you can't combine discounts or vouchers. Moreover cash payout is not possible.
Does my discount code lose its validity after returning my order?
Yes, your discount code will lose its validity if you return your order and you can't use it again for subsequent orders. When reserve the right to cancel your discount afterwards, if you don't reach minimum order value after processing a return.
